How heroes work in Genesis

Genesis fields two heroes on every stage. Demo confirms Gerald Lightseeker (paladin) and Zefira (battlemage). Spell Rush removes heroes entirely.

Demo playable heroes: Gerald Lightseeker and Zefira the Battlemage (Ironhide hero Devlogs #2–#3; Games Press 2026-06-15).
Full roster target: 12 epic heroes (Steam feature list).
Hero Party mode uses four heroes and no spells; Spell Rush uses no heroes.
Silveroak Village Stage Hero Alleria is stage-bound and does not leave with Gerald’s party (Devlog #6).
Exact skill-tree node names, cooldowns, and respawn timers are held until a verified HUD capture lands.
